I received this free for review and this are 100% my own opinion. I have to say this gives you great support but would only recommend you wear for a short time because it doesn't give much range of motion and it also digs in a little bit when trying to bend your knee. But it does give you great support for your knee and it does relieve your knee pain. I have to say this is still a great product and would highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from knee pain. #Kinetiks

He did say it did in fact relieve his knee pain and gave him a lot of support.
