Insect Excavation Kit Review

       Real Bug Dig Kit

Pictured on the left is the beginning of us opening the Beetle which contains 3 real insects. On the right you will see the first insect we found. And the second insect was found on the other side of the Beetle, and the last was found in the head of this big green Beetle. I have to say it was messy so you will need to make sure you put plenty of news paper down on your table before beginning this experiment with your kids. I found that doubling your news paper works best because it is very messy, but totally worth it!
Below is are progress that we made with this and finally what we got out of this beetle.

As you can see its very messy but fun and adventurous at the same time! And you get to learn about bugs! Who doesn't like learning about bugs? I sure love learning about them and getting to see them up close. This really is a great idea for little scientists in your life! I know my kids sure had fun exploring these little bugs. So what is in  this kit? Well you get and excavation tool, magnifying glass, brush tool, also a big beetle that has 3 insects inside, also you get a activity book, a book that tells you about the insects, and a pamphlet that shows what else you can order from Dr cool. Below is pictures of what the bugs look like inside.
Beetle , Scorpion, and Spider

Look how cool this is and how you get to see them up-close without actually touching the insect. But you can see every detail on each insect and how beautiful they really are. I would highly recommend this excavation kit. I promise you will not be disappointed and neither will your little scientist or adventurist in your family! So where can I get this really cool kit? Well I:ve got you covered on that just click HERE  and enjoy a couple of hours of fun! Happy insect excavating!!!
