I am surprised this product is actually working for me. I do not have any self-control when it comes to eating sweets or snacking. While taking this extract my cravings for sweets & snacks have lessen. I have lost inches from my waist and my appetite is changing for the better. You have to take these capsules as instructed to see results. There is no harsh taste or after taste. The capsules go down smoothly. I would recommend buying this product. I did in fact incorporate diet and exercise while using this, but so far good results and no after taste which is very important.
