I absolutely love using these for baking and cooking, you can even use them while grilling!! No more worries about burning those fingers over a hot flame or in a hot oven, and say goodbye to those oven mitts that always wear out or never work. I love baking but I always wind up getting burnt on something and with these I can make the things I love and have no fears about being burnt anymore. I honestly have to say I put these to the test, we took them to 425, you could feel some heat but it didn't have me screaming "ouch hot, hot, hot".
