I thought that this was really great how you can wear this so you will never be without it. This works and it's so simple to use. You just push the gray button to turn it on, then open the clamp side up and put your pointer finger in and release the clamp and within minutes you will have your Oxygen level and your Pulse literary at your finger tips.
For me this was really great because my pulse usually runs very high, so I like to keep track of it while working out and when your on a run its hard to keep track using the two finger to your wrist method, plus I always loose track and have to start over again. But now for me its quick and easy no more loosing track.
Now I can also know what my daughter's oxygen levels at too, she suffers from asthma and this is always handy to have just to be safe.
